Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring seamless operations, strong client communication, and brand consistency of company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate, social, and luxury events from concept to completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and service partners
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, budgets, and on-ground execution
  • Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand collaborators for event promotions and coverage
  • Work closely with the Digital Media Specialist to ensure event branding, content requirements, and social media deliverables are aligned
  • Ensure proper briefing, scheduling, and on-site coordination of influencers and media teams
  • Handle new client inquiries and follow-ups as assigned by management
  • Ensure all activities align with Company's branding and quality standards
  • Maintain event documentation, reports, and post-event feedback

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and WhatsApp Business
  • Flexible to work on weekends and events as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
