Job Title: (Accountant)

We are seeking for a reliable and skilled Accountant to manage all the financial operations of our gaming lounge and 2 (G+4) buildings rentals in Ajman.

Job Benefits:

· Salary: AED 2,000 – 4000 Dirhams/month, according to employee experience and performance +

· Free accommodation - electricity, water and internet to be paid by company. +

· All government residence and labor fees to be paid by company.

Job Main Tasks:

· Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and all related tasks on time.

· Maintain daily accounting records for the gaming lounge, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll.

· Handling rent schedules, track rental payments from tenants, handling the approval process of rental contracts and any other related task.

· Manage building maintenance petty cash and ensure accurate documentation of all expenses.

· Prepare periodical reports subject to management requests such as monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, profit & loss summary… etc.

· Performing any other duties requested by management.

Required Skills:

· Knowledge of famous accounting and renting programs/ software (mention in your C.V. what programs you can deal with).

· Having driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
