Overview Of The Role
The Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digitalisation initiatives across Al-Futtaim Financial Services (AFF), Hertz, and international markets, ensuring alignment with the overall Digital Transformation roadmap. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in digital product delivery using agile frameworks, managing complex integrations across core systems, channels, and data platforms. The role ensures delivery of programmes on time, within budget, and to expected business outcomes, while safeguarding business continuity (BAU).

What You Will Do

• Lead delivery of AFF & Hertz transformation roadmap, executing digital initiatives across onboarding, CRM, data, collections, and omni-channel experience
• Establish agile delivery model and manage cross-functional pods; facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams.
• Align delivery with target architecture through collaboration with Solution Architects and GTDP.
• Ensure BAU continuity during transformation initiatives
• Vendor and partner management including GTDP and external providers.
• Governance and reporting through dashboards and progress updates
• Develop and mentor delivery teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners..

Required Skills To Be Successful

• The role collaborates closely with business product owners to ensure delivery velocity without disrupting BAU.
• Experience on Long-Term Transformation for overall digital architecture, data and AI and omni-channel modernization
• Translate business strategy into executable delivery plans
• End-to-end agile delivery management.

What Equips You For The Role

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Certified Agile/Scrum Master or PMP-Agile; SAFe preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• 10+ years in digital transformation/delivery, 5+ in financial services
• Track record in large multi-system digital programmes.
• Experience managing hybrid delivery teams (internal, Group IT, vendor).
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps/JIRA, CI/CD, release management
• Stakeholder communication and vendor governance.
