Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sharjah for a Call Center Executive. The Call Center Executive will handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, schedule patient appointments, respond to inquiries about dental services, and provide excellent customer support. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records of interactions, confirming appointments, and coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless communication. Professionalism and a patient-centered approach are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Administrative Skills: Experience with scheduling, record-keeping, and appointment management systems.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with call center software, databases, and basic computer applications.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is required.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work as part of a team, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare or dental industry is preferred but not mandatory.
