  1. Sales – Online & Offline

  2. Promote and sell FMCG and cosmetic products to distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, beauty stores, spas, and retailers.

  3. Conduct market visits to generate leads and build strong B2B relationships.
  4. Support B2C activities through events, pop-ups, activations, and direct customer outreach.
  5. Present product benefits, negotiate deals, and close sales.

  6. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide weekly progress reports.

  7. E-Commerce Management

  8. Manage product listings on Amazon, Noon, Carrefour Marketplace, Careem Shops, and other UAE online platforms.

  9. Optimize titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO for all listings.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock and listings remain updated.
  11. Respond to customer queries and handle feedback, return requests, and product reviews.

  12. Track online sales performance, advertising campaigns, and analytics.

  13. Marketing & Social Media Support

  14. Assist in developing content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

  15. Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers.
  16. Monitor comments, messages, and overall social media engagement.

  17. Support sampling programs and brand visibility campaigns.

  18. Personal Assistant (PA) duties

  19. Organize the daily schedule, including meetings and appointments.

  20. Handle administrative tasks such as Excel sheets, Word documents, and file management.
  21. Manage day-to-day errands in Dubai (courier services, deliveries, post office, basic banking tasks, etc.).
  22. Arrange bookings and reservations and follow up with service providers.

  23. Track deadlines, reminders, and ongoing tasks.

  24. Coordination & Operations

  25. Oversee logistics, including local deliveries, courier pickups, and stock movement.

  26. Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and accounting teams.
  27. Maintain accurate records of inventory, invoices, and operating expenses.
  28. Conduct research and assist with reports and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Based in Dubai with valid UAE residency (or eligible for visa sponsorship).
  • Experience in sales, cosmetics, FMCG, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE retail and online marketplace ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or French is an advantage).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and online dashboards.
  • Driving licence is NOT required (a driver will be provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
