Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled 
Performance Marketing Specialist
 with proven experience in 
lead generation
 across 
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
, 
TikTok
, and 
Google Ads
. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the UAE digital landscape, can optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, and is comfortable managing performance budgets across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across 
    Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
     focused on 
    lead generation
    .
  • Conduct thorough audience and keyword research to identify target segments specific to the 
    UAE market
    .
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring ROI and CPL targets are met.
  • Continuously test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure spend aligns with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to produce engaging ad visuals and copy that convert.
  • Stay updated on the latest ad platform algorithms, trends, and policies—particularly within the UAE digital ecosystem.
  • Implement pixel tracking, conversion API, and retargeting strategies to maximize lead generation performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
     in performance marketing, with a strong focus on 
    lead generation
    .
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns on 
    Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
     with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of 
    UAE consumer behavior
     and regional ad performance trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as 
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
    .
  • Experience with CRM integration and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously within an agency environment.
  • Creative thinker with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
