Position: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive who is proficient in WordPress, GoHighLevel CRM, social media marketing, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital platforms and be able to manage campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management (WordPress):
  • Develop, maintain, and update company and client websites using WordPress.
  • Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and user experience.
  • Manage hosting, plugins, and integrations.
  • CRM & Automation (GoHighLevel):
  • Create and manage funnels, automation workflows, and email/SMS campaigns.
  • Integrate CRM tools for lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Social Media Marketing:
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms and monitor performance analytics.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and grow community presence.
  • Google Ads & PPC Campaigns:
  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research and analyze ad performance for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure ROI-driven ad spend management.
  • SEO & Analytics:
  • Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimization.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to track performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Creative & Strategic Contribution:
  • Work with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, GoHighLevel, Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar creative platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Preferred Candidate

  • Own visa candidates are highly preferred (Freelancer or Sponsored Visa).
  • Available to start immediately.
