Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Business Development Manager, based in Dubai, UAE. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing end-to-end sales processes in the eCommerce domain. The candidate will also be responsible for creating effective sales strategies, conducting market research to understand industry trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative digital solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience (5+) in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management.
  • Proficiency in conducting Market Research and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to eCommerce clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the capability to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Previous proven experience in the digital or eCommerce industry is mandatory.
