Atheer Medical and Dental Center is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including staff recruitment, employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers.
  • Handle onboarding and staff documentation in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure staff files are complete and up to date.
  • Support management in handling employee requests, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
