Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist based in Al Ain. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks and systems, managing network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure operates efficiently. The role also involves working with internal stakeholders to address IT-related inquiries and support operational needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Network Administration, Information Technology, and Network Security
• Strong skills in identifying, diagnosing, and Troubleshooting IT-related issues
• Proficient in providing exceptional Customer Service and technical support
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Relevant certifications in network and IT administration (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
• Experience in a similar role, particularly in a diverse and dynamic environment, is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
