Backend Developer & Odoo Implementation Lead
|

TECHNOSTREAM
looking for a skilled backend developer who can own the technical side of our digital infrastructure — from maintaining and enhancing multiple corporate websites to implementing and customizing Odoo ERP across the organization.

You'll work closely with our management and functional teams to build reliable systems that improve efficiency, integration, and overall performance.

  • Key Responsibilities

Website Development:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the backend of multiple company and divisional websites.
  • Manage hosting, deployment, and security for all web properties.
  • Integrate APIs and ensure seamless connectivity between web platforms and business systems.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support new feature rollouts and performance improvements.

Odoo ERP Implementation:

  • Lead the technical implementation and customization of Odoo ERP.
  • Configure and develop new Odoo modules as required.
  • Integrate Odoo with websites and other internal tools.
  • Support end-users by providing technical documentation and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to translate business requirements into functional system configurations.

General Technical Oversight

  • Ensure system stability, backups, and version control (Git).
  • Maintain a secure, high-performance hosting environment.
  • Recommend and implement technical improvements across systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of backend development experience (Python, PHP, or ).
  • Proven hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with Git, Linux, and Docker is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently with attention to detail.
