The Business Analyst plays a critical role in planning, designing, developing, and launching

efficient business, financial, and operational systems in support of the organization's core

functions. This individual will work closely with decision-makers, system owners, and end users

to define requirements and recommend improvements, while overseeing the implementation

of software and hardware solutions.

Strategy & Planning


• Engage with stakeholders to define business, financial, and operational needs and

system goals.


• Identify and resolve systems and process inefficiencies.


• Lead workshops and design sessions to prototype and enhance business processes and

information flow.


• Evaluate existing systems to recommend improvements and optimizations.


• Define outcome criteria and develop success metrics for system analysis.

Deployment


• Collaborate with IT teams on planning and deploying new applications or

enhancements to existing ones.

Operational Management


• Deliver detailed reports and solution recommendations addressing problem areas in

systems and operations.


• Develop comprehensive system design proposals and documentation (models,

specifications, diagrams).


• Ensure cross-platform compatibility and system interoperability


• Perform testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance), support implementations, and

conduct post-implementation reviews.


• Provide training, orientation, and ongoing support to end users.


• Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems,

or a related field.


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis is required. Exposure to Govt related projects would be an added advantage


• Demonstrated expertise in planning, designing, and implementing efficient business,

financial, and operational systems.


• Experience generating business cases, gathering system requirements, and delivering

actionable insights and solutions.

Knowledge & Experience


• Strong track record in software/hardware solution implementation.


• Proficient in data analysis tools, reporting software, spreadsheets, and flowchart

creation.


• Experience with database systems, standards, and data extraction methods.


• Solid foundation in project management principles.

Analytical & Technical Skills


• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.


• Skilled in both high-level strategic thinking and detailed technical analysis.


• Ability to convert complex technical ideas into user-friendly language.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication in both technical and business contexts.


• Effective listener and team collaborator.


• Strong customer service orientation.
