Touchline Sports Academy is recognized as a premier football development center in Dubai, dedicated to shaping the next generation of athletes through structured, high-impact training. We are currently seeking an exceptional, highly-skilled Football Coach to join our team and lead the crucial U6 and U8 grassroots phase.

We are looking for more than a standard coach; we require a specialist capable of delivering world-class technical foundations that instill confidence, superior motor skills, and a lifelong passion for the game.

The Mission: Developing Future Talent

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing fun, dynamic, and technically-focused training sessions for children aged 6 to 8. This role is paramount to our academy's success, as you will be laying the groundwork for every player's journey.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Skill Mastery: Design and deliver age-appropriate curricula that prioritize individual ball manipulation, coordination, agility, and fundamental technical execution.
  • Positive Learning Environment: Create an energetic, encouraging, and safe atmosphere that promotes creativity, problem-solving, and a positive relationship with the sport.
  • Player Progression: Monitor and assess player development based on clear technical metrics, ensuring U8 players are thoroughly prepared for the transition to competitive-level age groups (U10).

Non-Negotiable Candidate Profile

We are specifically seeking candidates who demonstrate a passion and innate talent for coaching the youngest age groups, coupled with deep pedagogical knowledge.

  • Specialized Expertise: Proven track record of successful grassroots (U6-U8) development. Candidates must clearly articulate how they build superior technical skills, not just manage teams.
  • Coaching Certification: Minimum UEFA B-Level, AFC B-Level, or CAF B-Level license is preferred. (Minimum C-Level required, but B-Level indicates depth of knowledge).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of focused experience in a reputable youth academy or club, with demonstrable success in a grassroots/foundation phase (UAE experience is a strong advantage).
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional energy, patience, and the ability to maintain discipline through positive reinforcement. Fluent, clear English communication is essential.
  • Availability: Must currently be residing in the UAE and available for an immediate start.
