We are currently looking for a Production Manager who is willing to work in a Printing Press company located in Sharjah Industrial Area 11.

Qualifications for Production Manager – Printing Press

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in printing press operations or production management.
  • Strong background in offset, digital, screen printing, or large-format printing processes.

2. Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of printing equipment, materials, color calibration, and production workflow.
  • Ability to troubleshoot printing machinery and coordinate with technicians for maintenance.
  • Understanding of quality control standards and print finishing processes.
  • Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

3. Management & Leadership

  • Proven ability to supervise production teams and manage daily operations.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to train staff and ensure adherence to company processes and safety guidelines.

4. Organizational & Communication Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales, design, and delivery teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to optimize workflow and reduce errors.
  • Capable of handling pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and managing multiple job orders.

5. Personal Attributes

  • Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality output.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve production processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
