Senior Content Creator

We're seeking an experienced and creative 
Senior Content Creator

with strong 
digital video production skills

, particularly across social media platforms

including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook,, and YouTube Shorts.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who understands trends, engages audiences, and has full command over pre-production, shooting (primarily on phones), and advanced mobile/desktop video editing.

This role will lead the ideation, creation, and delivery of short-form video content that aligns with brand tone, marketing strategy, and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Planning
• Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to develop a creative brief aligned with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay ahead of trends in short-form video and mobile storytelling to inform creative direction.
• Concept Development & Storyboarding
• Develop engaging, platform-native content ideas (e.g., challenges, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, storytelling series).
• Draft storyboards and scripts where necessary to align stakeholders and talent.
• Video Production (Mobile First)
• Shoot high-quality video content on smartphones
• Direct on-camera talent or act as talent where appropriate.
• Set up basic lighting and sound where needed (mobile setups).
• Editing & Post-Production
• Edit video content for social platforms (primarily mobile) using both mobile apps and desktop software.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, colour grading, and transitions aligned with brand guidelines
• Publishing & Optimization
• Schedule and upload content directly on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Implement SEO relevant metadata, captions, and hashtags.
• Analyse and optimize content perfomrance based on engagement and analytics.
• Report on content performance
• Team Collaboration & Leadership
• Mentor junior creators or freelance contributors.
• Provide feedback on content drafts and lead creative reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years
   of content creation experience with a focus on 
  short-form video
  .
• Proven portfolio showcasing 
  social-first video content
   (especially phone-shot).
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques tailored for different platforms.
• Ability to work end-to-end: ideation, filming, editing, optimization.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

• Experience working with influencers
• Animation or motion graphics background.
• Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless in addition to mobile.
• Copywriting skills for captions and hooks.
