We are looking for a
vibrant, passionate, and creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist
to join our dynamic marketing team at
JAYS.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves creating engaging content, enjoys being in front of the camera, and is ready to represent our brand with confidence and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, plan, and execute engaging photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop creative campaign ideas aligned with brand goals and seasonal promotions.
• Be comfortable appearing in videos and representing the brand as one of its faces.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that tells stories, showcases products, and connects with audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, challenges, and platform updates.
• Travel occasionally to our branches in
Dubai
and
Al Ain
for photo and video shoots.
• Write catchy captions, short scripts, and creative concepts in English and (preferably) Arabic.
• Ensure timely posting, audience engagement, and consistent brand identity across all channels.
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in
social media content creation or marketing
.
• Fluent in English;
Arabic language is a strong advantage.
• Creative mindset with excellent camera presence and storytelling ability.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
• Passionate about branding, trends, and visual storytelling.
• Must be currently based in
Abu Dhabi
and ready to
join immediately
.
• Willing to travel occasionally for shoots.

• Competitive salary range AED 6000 – 8000 (negotiable based on skills and experience).
