Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining product displays, and successfully driving sales. Additional responsibilities include managing showroom staff, monitoring inventory, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experiences and sales performance. The role requires exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure operational success and customer retention.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience to ensure an excellent visitor journey and resolve inquiries effectively
  • Strong background in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed showroom sales targets
  • Experience in managing Showrooms, including overseeing product displays, inventory, and team performance
  • Proven problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relations
  • Knowledge of best practices in the cleaning products industry and experience in retail or wholesale operations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
