Working Days - Monday To Friday (9am-6pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Services Executive to join our Corporate Services Division in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support clients with corporate service requirements while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. This role is well-suited for candidates looking to build a career in corporate services within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding corporate service requests, including visas, company formation, renewals, and related services
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient and accurate processing of client requests
  • Communicate progress updates clearly and professionally to clients via email and other correspondence
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records, documentation, and tracking of all client requests
  • Follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines and service standards are met
  • Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • At least 6 Month of relevant experience in Employer of Record (EOR) services or business setup operations
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude with a customer-service mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
