Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a skilled Internal Audit Manager to lead risk-based audits focused on real estate and construction activities across the Group. Based in Dubai, this role ensures compliance with corporate policies, strengthens internal controls, and drives operational efficiency through data-driven audit methodologies. The successful candidate will provide strategic recommendations to improve risk management and governance while fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and lead internal audit engagements across real estate and construction projects, including project management, procurement, and contract administration.

* Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on enterprise risk assessment and strategic priorities.

* Design audit programs aligned with international best practices to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.

* Act as the main point of contact for audit-related matters, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

* Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend measures to strengthen governance and compliance.

* Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.

* Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and detect operational inefficiencies or compliance gaps.

* Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Group Audit & Advisory Services function.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management.

* 7 9 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the real estate or construction sectors.

* Proven experience leading audit teams and managing complex audit assignments.

* Strong understanding of project risk management, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
