Job Summary:

To support the execution of Kitopi's internal audit plan by performing audits, fieldwork, and control reviews across various business units and locations. The Internal Audit Manager contributes to evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with policies and regulations. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency of Kitopi's systems and processes.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits based on the approved annual audit plan.
• Perform detailed testing and walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance.
• Identify process inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and potential risks; propose practical recommendations.
• Document audit findings and maintain organized, accurate working papers.
• Support the preparation of audit reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of agreed-upon corrective actions.
• Assist in investigations or special reviews as required by the manager.
• Collaborate with other functions (e.g., Finance, Operations, Compliance) during audits.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and internal policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Stay up-to date with changes in regulations, internal policies and advances in audit methodologies
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of risk, controls, and auditing techniques.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong time management and task prioritization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with audit or data analytics tools is a plus.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.

If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.

Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
