Position Title: Crypto Brokerage Operations & Finance Administrator

Company: McCoin Virtual Assets LLC

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Location: Dubai – Office Based at Lake Central Tower

Job Summary:

McCoin is seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Crypto Brokerage Operations & Finance Administrator to manage and oversee institutional exchange accounts (Binance, OKX, ). The role involves monitoring and reconciling trading activity, preparing monthly financial and revenue reports, ensuring account accuracy, and supporting operational compliance across brokerage activities.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in financial reporting, crypto brokerage operations, and digital asset accounting, with the ability to handle data from multiple trading platforms and wallets with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the institutional account administrator across Binance, OKX, and brokerage dashboards.
  • Manage and verify daily balances, deposits, withdrawals, and trade settlements across exchange accounts and custody wallets.
  • Prepare monthly revenue reports, including trading fees, commissions, spreads, and referral revenues.
  • Perform account reconciliations between on-chain and off-chain records, ensuring all transactions are logged and balanced.
  • Generate and maintain ledgers of trading activity, client balances, and platform commissions.
  • Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to ensure reporting accuracy in line with VARA and FATF guidelines.
  • Support audit readiness, data integrity checks, and exchange transaction confirmations.
  • Create and maintain internal dashboards and spreadsheets for live balance tracking and historical performance.
  • Provide weekly summaries to senior management, highlighting trends and discrepancies.
  • Assist in setting up and managing API integrations for data retrieval from Binance, OKX, and institutional portals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Blockchain/Fintech Management.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or exchange administration (crypto or traditional brokerage).
  • Familiarity with institutional exchange dashboards (Binance Institutional, OKX Broker, Exchange).
  • Strong understanding of crypto asset accounting principles, P&L reconciliation, and ledger management.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience in pivot tables and financial modelling.
  • Working knowledge of on-chain explorers, wallet reconciliation, and transaction verification.
  • Experience with API-based data exports and automation tools for reporting (e.g., Zapier, Power BI, or Python scripts) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information discreetly.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Core Competencies:

  • Background in crypto exchange operations, digital asset treasury, or brokerage accounting.
  • Experience working with custodial service providers (e.g., HexTrust, Fireblocks).
  • Familiarity with VARA, ESMA, or MiCA financial compliance frameworks.
  • Prior work in fintech, digital banking, or DeFi operations is advantageous.

Compensations and Benefits:

  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9AM to 5PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8, AED15,000.00 per month
