Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Demi Chef De Partie located in Abu Dhabi. The Demi Chef De Partie will support the kitchen operations by preparing and cooking high-quality dishes under the supervision of the Chef De Partie. Responsibilities include assisting in planning menus, ensuring food quality and presentation standards, monitoring inventory and food safety, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. The individual will work closely with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.
Qualifications
- Proven culinary skills, with experience in cooking and food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to follow recipes and enhance food presentation
- Teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule demands and work under pressure
- Experience in a professional kitchen environment is an advantage
- Culinary arts qualification or relevant training is preferred
