About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and sociable individuals to join us as Junior KOL BD / Relationship Managers in Dubai. This role is central to expanding our local network and enhancing our brand presence through authentic, relationship-driven engagement. The perfect candidate thrives in social settings and is passionate about building and maintaining meaningful connections within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
KOL Relationship Management: Actively maintain and nurture relationships with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Networking & Expansion: Attend relevant offline events, parties, and social gatherings to network and identify potential new KOL partners.
Social Engagement: Represent the company in a positive and engaging manner at various social and industry events.
Support: Assist the BD team with logistical coordination and communication related to KOL activities and partnerships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Visa Status: This is a mandatory requirement. Candidates must currently reside in Dubai and provide their own valid UAE work visa (self-sponsored). Please do not apply if you do not meet this criterion.
Personality: Young, presentable, outgoing, and highly sociable. You should enjoy and excel in social interactions.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A natural networker who is confident in approaching new people.
