About the Job
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor who will ensure that an excellent guest experience will be delivered at all times. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will act as the vital communication link between the Senior F and B Managers and ensure accurate and effective communication with all the team members regarding F and B matters.
About You
- Should be a college/university graduate, or a similar field will be an asset.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis
- Working knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Committed and reliable.
- Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and Stewarding to ensure a smooth-running operation.
- Ability to conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOPs.
- Assist in handling any guest complaints or problems promptly and ensure that all resolved / unresolved incidents are reported to your Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager.
- Used coaching techniques and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Assist the Outlet Manager/Assistant. Manager in the operation and validate all the Standards and Procedures for the department.
