Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive / Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with customers to maintain long-term relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in spoken English and Urdu
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM is a plus)
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in sales or telecalling is a plus (fresh candidates may also apply)
