Job Title: Investment Analyst – Global Investment Firm

Location: Dubai, UAE

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT - Must have UAE Real Estate investment experience

NEW role working for a global investment firm based in Dubai, UAE. Joining the Investment and Portfolio Management Team that drives the expansion of the Real Estate platform by analysing M&A growth opportunities and provides strategic oversight of existing and future real estate portfolios.

Supporting the deal team in underwriting and execution of investment opportunities and managing assets / portfolios from investment through to exit.

Essential candidate requirements:

  • Exceptional financial modelling skills with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and model management
  • Strong understanding of detailed financial statement reporting and analysis, financial structures and instruments
  • Detailed understanding of corporate and asset valuations, P&L, JV's and financing
  • Ability to analyse and value public and private companies
  • Strong sense of price/value with ability to identify risks, value drivers, information inconsistencies and value opportunities
  • Ability to proactively research investment and funding opportunities both at a corporate and asset level
  • Experience in applying valuation methodologies (DCF, multiple analysis, cap rate valuation etc)
  • Ability to coordinate between and act as the go-to point across various teams (internal, external)
  • Advanced MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word skills

Essential qualifications:

  • Appropriate degree in accounting / finance / management
  • Post graduate studies in finance (eg CFA), MBA or CA/CPA qualified
  • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in investment banking with
    Experience of working on real estate assets
  • UAE real estate investment experience

Salary offered AED 30,000 – AED 40,000 per month + plus bonus (approx. 30-35%). Standard benefits include home flight allowance, medical & life insurance
