**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the investment team in evaluating potential deals, including mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising opportunities.
- Conduct financial modeling and valuation assessments for various projects.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis of investment opportunities across the GCC and Asia-Pacific regions.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Support due diligence processes for potential deals, analyzing risks, financials, and market conditions.
- Work collaboratively with senior analysts to develop investment strategies and recommendations.
- Track and report on key financial metrics related to ongoing deals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.
- Passed **CFA Level I**:

- Familiarity with financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis tools, and presentation software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

**REQUIRED Skills**:

- Experience in investment banking industry or in financial services industry. Those without skills need not apply.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
