We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for Life Pharmacy Group. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise to build a high-performing workforce.

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, mid-level, and volume hiring.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in retail, healthcare, and corporate functions.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  • Track recruitment metrics, provide reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR/recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in retail, healthcare, or large-scale recruitment in the UAE/GCC.
  • Proven expertise in high-volume hiring as well as specialized senior roles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and digital hiring platforms.
