Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Administrator to join our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to handle office coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities
- Manage emails, documents, and office records
- Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors
- Prepare reports, letters, and basic documentation
- Support management with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, basic office software)
- Languages: Hindi and English (spoken & written)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to deal with clients professionally
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
