Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Dubai, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, providing training to clients on CSR solutions, and driving sales performance. The role also includes developing and implementing sales strategies and managing sales workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in CSR or sustainability sector is a plus
