Role Overview

We are seeking a highly polished and discreet
Private Jet Flight Attendant
to provide world-class, personalised in-flight service. The role demands exceptional hospitality standards, impeccable presentation, cultural sensitivity, and absolute confidentiality while operating within a luxury private aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, five-star inflight service aligned with the Chairman's preferences and protocols.
  • Prepare, present, and serve premium cuisine and beverages; coordinate catering to exact specifications.
  • Maintain immaculate cabin standards before, during, and after flights.
  • Anticipate passenger needs and manage service flows seamlessly across short- and long-haul missions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to aviation safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate with pilots, ground handlers, and FBOs to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage inventories, amenities, and cabin supplies to luxury benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience as a
    Private Jet Flight Attendant
    or
    First/Business Class Cabin Crew
    with exposure to VIP/UHNW clientele.
  • Strong service mindset with refined etiquette and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual capabilities are an advantage.
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under dynamic schedules.
  • Professional grooming and presentation aligned with luxury standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively with flexibility for irregular rosters.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) / Safety & Emergency Procedures training (preferred).
  • Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and international cuisines is a plus.
  • Medical fitness as per aviation requirements.
