This full-time opportunity is open to candidates across the EMEA region, with remote onboarding and training provided.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and high-quality travel experience for all passengers. You will work as part of a multicultural team, uphold international safety standards, and deliver premium service that reflects the airline s strong global reputation. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with in-flight safety regulations and procedures.
  • Provide attentive, professional service to passengers throughout the journey.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and support passengers during boarding, flight service, and landing.
  • Address passenger concerns and manage in-flight issues calmly and professionally.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, equipment checks, and complete required reports.
  • Represent the airline with professionalism, cultural awareness, and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate effectively with all crew members to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing or hospitality experience is required; aviation experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly preferred.
  • Ability to remain composed, adaptable, and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and international flight timings.
  • Must meet international airline requirements for fitness, height, and safety standards.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel without restrictions.
