Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and paper-based—for student, faculty, and departmental records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and departmental events; assist with room bookings and calendar management.
- Support the coordination of academic programs, student orientations, and faculty development activities.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; prepare purchase requests as needed.
- Provide support for special projects, seminars, or research events within the medical university.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
