Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and paper-based—for student, faculty, and departmental records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and departmental events; assist with room bookings and calendar management.
  • Support the coordination of academic programs, student orientations, and faculty development activities.
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document formatting.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment; prepare purchase requests as needed.
  • Provide support for special projects, seminars, or research events within the medical university.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
