M Group – Ajman is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and internal documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office files, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and staff communications.
  • Assist HR in document collection, visa processing, and staff coordination.
  • Support management with day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
