M Group – Ajman is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks.
- Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and internal documents.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and staff communications.
- Assist HR in document collection, visa processing, and staff coordination.
- Support management with day-to-day operations.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
