About Us:

With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our water sales division in Ajman.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor with a strong background in bottled water sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving revenue growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient distribution operations in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and supervise the daily operations of the bottled water sales team.

  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

  3. Build and sustain strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and institutional clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging market segments to expand market share.

  5. Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  6. Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.

  7. Prepare and present accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

  8. Oversee the timely delivery and distribution of bottled water to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in water sales or FMCG beverage sales (preferably bottled water).

  • Minimum of 2- 3 years in a sales supervisory or team lead role.

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market, especially Ajman and surrounding emirates.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
