Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans.
  • Perform a variety of surgical procedures related to oral and maxillofacial conditions.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients are supported throughout their treatment journey.
  • Collaborate with dental and medical professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of current practices.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Board certification and active state licensure.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of surgical techniques relevant to the specialty.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and continuous professional development.
