In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions affecting the oral and facial regions through surgical intervention. These responsibilities include performing intricate surgeries such as tooth extractions, dental implants, and facial reconstructive procedures. Primary Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans Perform a variety of surgical procedures related to oral and maxillofacial conditions Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patients are supported throughout their treatment journey Collaborate with dental and medical professionals to create comprehensive care plans Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Engage in ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of current practices Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school Completion of a residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Board certification and active state licensure A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Proficiency in a wide range of surgical techniques relevant to the specialty Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and continuous professional development Benefits Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Training & Development Performance Bonus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
