Head Of Audio

Events To Remember – E2R is seeking a senior Head of Audio to lead and scale our Audio department across high-profile events and productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Audio team (engineers, technicians, freelancers)
  • Oversee audio system design, deployment, and optimization
  • Act as technical authority for complex audio & RF systems
  • Define standards for Dante networking, DSP, console workflows
  • Manage audio inventory, maintenance, and technology upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, electrical safety, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Production, Lighting, and Video teams

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years professional live sound experience
  • Proven experience in a Lead / Head of Audio role
  • Expert knowledge of large-scale event audio systems
  • Advanced skills in DSP, RF coordination, digital consoles
  • Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent English communication (Arabic is an advantage
