Overview

We are hiring a full-time Videographer & Editor
to support a fast-growing
personal brand
focused on business, leadership, and high-level operators.

This role is
not for beginners or hobbyists
. You must have proven experience producing high-quality personal branding content and a strong understanding of how long-form and short-form video performs across social platforms.

You will be responsible for
capturing, producing, and editing
professional content that builds
authority, trust, and reach
.

Key Responsibilities


• Film high-quality talking-head, interview, and studio-based content


• Manage multi-camera shoots, audio, and lighting setups


• Edit long-form content for YouTube and other platforms


• Repurpose long-form footage into short-form content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)


• Ensure clean audio, professional lighting, and consistent visual branding


• Organize and manage footage, files, and content workflows


• Collaborate closely with the brand owner and marketing team

Required Experience & Skills


• Proven experience in professional videography and editing


• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)


• Strong understanding of audio capture and sound quality


• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera framing


• Experience producing personal branding or thought-leadership content


• Ability to work fast, stay organized, and meet deadlines


• High attention to detail and quality standards
