JOB SUMMARY:

QA/QC Engineer Fit-Out to oversee the quality of interior works, finishes, and materials. The ideal candidate will ensure all fit-out activities comply with project specifications, client expectations, and industry standards.

  • Conduct inspections for fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and MEP interfacesPrepare the shop drawing as per the detail IFC drawing as per the schedule.
  • Implement and maintain ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures specific to interior works.
  • Verify materials, shop drawings, and workmanship against quality standards.
  • Identify and document non-conformances; follow up on corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation, test certificates, and inspection reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or related field).
  • Knowledge of construction or manufacturing QA/QC processes.
  • Strong knowledge of interior standards, finishes, and installation quality.

KEY SKILLS

  • Analytical thinking & problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
  • AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools
