Responsibilities:


• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities and workforce to ensure smooth project execution.


• Allocate tasks to skilled and unskilled laborers, ensuring work is distributed efficiently.


• Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to guide site teams accurately.


• Ensure that all fit-out and joinery works are executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and client requirements.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team for timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow.


• Monitor site progress against project schedules and report any delays or challenges to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.


• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all times.


• Inspect and verify materials delivered to the site to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.


• Maintain site records, including daily manpower, work progress, and materials usage reports.


• Provide technical guidance and support to workers to improve productivity and ensure high-quality output.


• Assist in conducting quality control checks and address any non-conformances promptly.


• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety signage, and adherence to company safety protocols on-site
