Role Overview :

The Product Director will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the digital platform, ensuring it meets customer needs and drives business growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products that enhance user experience and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends to inform the product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Lead the creation of innovative features and enhancements that strengthen webook's competitive advantage.

Product Development & Execution

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on data, business impact, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure product goals align with sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Represent the product vision and roadmap to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.

Performance & Optimization

  • Define key product metrics (KPIs) and track performance to ensure product-market fit and growth.
  • Use data and insights to iterate and optimize the user experience and platform performance.
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through innovative features and seamless user journeys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success leading digital product development for a platform or marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the events, travel, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
