Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong cost and quality control.

This role is for someone who owns the floor, not just manages from the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
  • Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen teams
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Control costs (food cost, wastage, manpower, supplies)
  • Handle scheduling, attendance, and staff performance
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock & inventory
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Prepare basic operational reports and support management decisions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / Café Manager
  • Strong background in café or casual dining concepts
  • Leadership personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • Good understanding of cost control and operations
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • English is required (Arabic is a plus)
  • UAE experience is preferred
