The Digital Media Director for MOJEH Magazine will drive the growth of our digital business across fashion, beauty, watches and jewellery. This client-facing commercial role requires experience in digital sales, alongside expertise in digital advertising, analytics, campaign management and website performance optimisation to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.

Strategy and Revenue Growth

  • Define a 1–2 year digital roadmap focusing on paid media, affiliates, website development and revenue growth.
  • Develop and pitch advertising opportunities, sponsorships and partnerships to external stakeholders.
  • Optimise social and website advertising performance (programmatic, display, Meta, newsletters) and affiliate initiatives (e-commerce, dropshipping).
  • Lead continuous improvements to site performance, load speed and user experience to support traffic and conversion goals.

Campaign Management and Analytics

  • Plan, execute and monitor media activities with efficient processes for placements.
  • Provide data-driven insights with monthly performance reports to refine strategies.
  • Use Google Ad Platforms and CMS tools for accurate tagging, tracking and performance analysis.
  • Oversee technical support for digital campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation of pixels, tracking and optimisation features.

Operations and Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the Commercial Director on bookings and with the Editorial Team for content alignment.
  • Supervise creative teams and ensure cohesive execution of the digital vision.
  • Manage workflow, deliverables and reporting for third-party collaborations.
  • Work closely with developers and technical partners to maintain site health, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements that support digital growth.

Innovation and Trend Adaptation

  • Stay informed on emerging digital trends such as Web 3.0 and AI to enhance strategies.
  • Propose thoughtful ideas to boost audience engagement and strengthen partnerships.
  • Explore new ad formats for display and social to improve performance and revenue with engaging solutions.
  • Lead ongoing optimisation of UX, site architecture and mobile performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital media management with a focus on paid media and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in fashion, beauty or luxury lifestyle industries preferred.
  • Creative, data-driven mindset adaptable to evolving business goals.
  • Proficient in Meta and Google Ad Platforms (Ads, Analytics, Ad Manager, Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with Wordpress and website performance best practices.
  • Knowledge of viewability metrics and performance optimisation tactics.
