Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Planner role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Retail Planner will be responsible for demand planning, inventory management, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize product availability and sales. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the buying and merchandising teams, forecasting sales trends, managing stock levels, and contributing to strategic planning for retail operations. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and inform strategic decisions.
- Demand planning and inventory management expertise to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Proficient communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in retail operations with an understanding of industry-specific processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in retail software and tools used for planning and inventory control is advantageous.
