  • Gather, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel, cloud platforms).
  • Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful insights, KPIs, and visualizations for stakeholders.
  • Build, maintain, and automate scalable data models with a focus on performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Business Teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and advanced analysis across relational and non-relational systems.
  • Apply basic machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, and predictive modeling to enhance business insights.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, confidentiality, and security standards in line with the company's ISO and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated with BI, analytics, and ML trends to drive improvements in reporting and predictive analytics.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Mandatory expertise in Power BI and Tableau (report development, data modeling, DAX, custom visuals, performance tuning).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, joins, stored procedures).
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced), ETL concepts, and basic Python/R for data analysis and ML implementation.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in fintech, financial services, or data-driven technology environments (preferred).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A/B testing (preferred).
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
