We have clients across a variety of industries, such as retail, hospitality, marketing agencies, and professional services, across the UAE and MENA region.

What you can expect:
- Work directly with our founders (CEO, CTO, and Co-founder) - no corporate bureaucracy
- Your dashboards will be in customer demos within weeks, not quarters

- Shape our BI infrastructure as we scale
What you'll do:
- Build dashboards that answer real business questions (not vanity metrics)
- Turn messy financial data into clear patterns: cash flow trends, payment behavior, forecasting models
- Support our AI forecasting engine with data models that feed payment predictions and automation
- Work with transactional data at scale: invoices, payments, collections across multiple industries
- Present insights to founders, product teams, and customers in clear, accessible language
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries as needed
- Own our reporting infrastructure: automated reports, dashboards, stakeholder requests
What We're Looking For:
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or insights work
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with complex queries
- Expertise with at least one major BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Experience with financial data: fintech, B2B SaaS, or metrics like LTV, CAC, payment cycles
- Excellent communication skills (You can explain complex analysis clearly to non-technical audiences)
Bonus points for:
- Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with accounting system integrations (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP)
- Background in forecasting or predictive modeling
- Startup experience
What We Offer
- Salary:
