Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Strong knowledge of measuring and cutting tools, as well as metal fabrication equipment
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Basic understanding of metallurgy, material properties, and structural engineering principles
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
  • Ability to work in hot climate conditions typical of Dubai
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies in steel fabrication
