**Job Title**: Fabricator

**Job Summary**:
The Fabricator is responsible for reading drawings and assembling metal components to build structural steel elements and custom metal products. The role requires precise cutting, bending, and welding of steel materials using various tools and machinery while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
- Cut, shape, and weld metal components to assemble structures and parts.
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery, including shears, saws, press brakes, and welding equipment.
- Ensure components are fabricated within required tolerances and quality standards.
- Mark and tag components for assembly and identification.
- Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and durability of fabricated components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with the welding, fitting, and assembly teams for seamless workflow.
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving finished products when required.
- Report equipment issues or material shortages to the supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Fabricator in a steel fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and shop sketches.
- Skilled in using hand tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication machinery.
- Basic welding skills (MIG, TIG, or Arc welding preferred).
- Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel).
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks and standing for long hours.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and good communication.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or technical diploma (ITI) preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of fabrication experience in a similar role.

**Working Conditions**:

- Workshop/Factory environment.
- Overtime and shift-based work depending on project deadlines.
- Exposure to noise, heat, and heavy machinery.
- Accommodation will be provided by company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,850.00 per month
