We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Production Assistant to join our catering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check daily orders and ensure all items are prepared and fulfilled correctly.
  • Support the accurate distribution of orders for schools, corporate clients, and events.
  • Assist with event order preparation, ensuring all items are complete and ready on time.
  • Work in the cold kitchen preparing sandwiches, salads, and other items.
  • Wrap, label, and date food items according to company and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
  • Support the production team with general kitchen duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene (training provided).
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
